The RAM® Universal Drill-Down Laptop Mount for Transmission Hump (RAM-VBD-126-SW3) is a versatile vehicle mounting solution designed to provide secure laptop access for both drivers and passengers. The drill-down base installs to most vehicle transmission humps using self-tapping screws or by drilling and bolting the base directly to the vehicle. The telescoping upper and lower poles allow you to adjust the mounting height with a simple turn of a knob, while dual swing arms provide articulation and up to 12" of reach for convenient device positioning. Patented RAM® rubber ball-and-socket technology offers additional adjustability while helping isolate shock and vibration. The spring-loaded RAM® Tough-Tray™ III accommodates laptops ranging from 10" to 17" in screen size, measured diagonally, and features four adjustable retaining arms with integrated grips. The arms adjust vertically and horizontally to provide a customized fit for laptops of varying thicknesses while maintaining access to ports and drives. Further customize your setup with optional accessories, including a screen support and USB light, sold separately.
